Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

By using HeicJet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

HeicJet is a free, browser-based image converter. It converts HEIC/HEIF photos to JPG, PNG or PDF locally on your device. No account is required and no payment is taken.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for disruption, or overload the site — the converter itself runs on your device, but the site and its assets must remain reachable for everyone.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to the files you convert. The tool processes images you provide; it does not verify ownership or consent.
  • Do not misrepresent the output: converted files are ordinary image/PDF files with no authenticity guarantee added by this site.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that conversion will be error-free, that any particular file will convert, or that the site will be uninterrupted or available at any given time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeicJet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, files, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.Keep your own backups: always retain originals of files you convert.

Intellectual property

The site’s own design, text and code belong to the operators. “HEIC”, “HEIF” and “iPhone” are trademarks of Apple Inc.; this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. Referenced standards (ISO/IEC 23008-12, ISO 32000, W3C PNG) belong to their respective standards bodies; links to them are for reference.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
